Comfort Inn & Suites Rawlins

The breakfast was great- lots of options!

The swimming pool was kind of small and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets in the hot tub.

Breakfast clean and convenient, room large and comfortable - very clean, too. Slept well, it was the perfect stopover between Yellowstone and Salt Lake City.

The kind lady at the desk, seeing that we were both men and reserved a king-size bed, offered to move us to two queen beds. We demurred. ;-) Also, the design of the "suite" has a room in the center which is dark and windowless, not very inviting.

The hot tub jets were broken and they said it would cost $2,000 to fix it. They need to have their facility working if they are going to promote it.

the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice.

The hotel needed some freshening up, there was the underlying smell of dirt that was covered up by strong cleaning products. the curtains were very dirty and I couldn't open the window. There was construction right next store and the strong smell of tar which was unfortunate and not the fault of the hotel.

The spacious double queen room accommodated us well, and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool was uninviting with yellow water and dirt around the edges, while the hot tub lacked proper water pressure. Our checkout process was frustrating as we initially requested cash payment but were charged to our card, causing a hold on our funds.

pool was closed. trash was not emptied for 2 days. finally set full trash baskets in hall. towels picked up first day. had to call for replacement towels & bath mat after 2 days.

The morning meal was enjoyable and excellent with bacon and eggs and also boiled eggs. The venue had amazing staff who made the stay really great. The location for Rawlins was marvellous and comfy, just off Rawlins, WY as well as downtown area and several restaurants. It also was right off I-80.

Our queen room included television with satellite channels, climate control and a refrigerator. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was wonderful.

A friendly escape in town

The room was large and immaculate, a perfect home base! The breakfast included good pastries and fresh fruit, and the staff's warmth.

The only hiccup was the TV not working, frustrating, but the team's apologies and kindness eased my irritation. My experience was still quite good.

Just a good pick for a brief hiatus in Rawlins at a reasonable price. The desk clerk even gave us waters during check-in. Try the breakfast, it's surprisingly good with waffles and fruit toppings.

The shower was slipperier than an ice rink, and we played hide-and-seek with the hot water. If only breakfast lasted until noon-I could start a coffee revival!
